About us
Georgia has been preserving the mystery of winemaking and spirit distillation for thousands of years, and we are proud to continue these traditions in our homeland and share our products with the rest of the world.
In 2019, we—childhood friends—bought a piece of land for an agricultural business. It happened to have 400 persimmon trees, already eight years old. At the time, we had no idea these trees would change everything.
Over the years, we produced and tested persimmon spirit in many countries, later added quince and feijoa to our selection. Today, we produce three different spirits & supply a small number of restaurants and bars in Tbilisi, Madrid, and London.
